The nose offers a certain power, justness in its definition, a small concentration, a certain complexity discreetly tight. It reveals notes of blackberry, wild strawberry, small notes of small bright black fruits associated with touches of Madagascar pepper, crushed blueberry, bourbon vanilla pod as well as fine hints of saffron, spices, nutmeg and a discreet hint of toasted. The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, a small creaminess, a certain richness justly built, precision and gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of creamy cassis, pulpy/acidulous strawberry, small notes of small crushed red berries associated with touches of bergamot, cornflower, bright blue plum as well as hints of tea, Voatsiperifery pepper, vanilla, fine hints of cardamom, tabaco and caramelization. The tannins offer a small straightness and are structuring.
