Bellevue Mondotte 2020 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, Grand Cru Classé 

The nose is fruity and offers freshness, power, a certain concentration as well as a nice finesse of the grain (discreetly tight). It reveals notes of cassis, pulpy strawberry, small notes of  small fleshy red fruits associated with fine hints of local biotope as well as a discreet hint of nutmeg, toasted hazelnut, vanilla and an imperceptible hint of nearly sauger (in the background). The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, gourmandize, tension, an aerial character, a nice fruit, flesh, a nice delicacy as well as a discreetly tight side. The wine expresses notes of  juicy/pulpy raspberry, creamy strawberry, small notes of bright cassis associated with touches of juicy/acidulous blue plum, hints of lily, nutmeg, sauger as well as discreet hints of bourbon vanilla (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of mocha. The tannins are precis, well-built and offer softness. good length. a wine all in delicacy, race and harmony.
