Alto de Cantenac Brown 2020 – Bordeaux Blanc

The nose is fresh, fruity and offers elegance, delicacy, a certain controlled concentration, depth as well as a discreet tight side. It reveals notes of juicy/fresh peach, small notes of small pulpy white fruits associated with touches of citrus (yuzu, kumquat…), zests, quince, fresh apricot as well as a hint of fresh/juicy mango, small exotic fruits, white flower, a subtle hint of acacia and an imperceptible hint of toasted/sweet spices. The mouth is fruity, fresh, mineral, balanced and offers suavity, subtility, roundness, fat, a certain concentration, dynamism, a nice finesse of the grain, subtility as well as gourmandize (in elegance). Nice dynamism if the middle moth. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy apple, bright peach, small notes of juicy mandarin, yuzu associated with touches of lemon flower, fresh apricot, hints of exotic fruits, lychee as well as discreet hints of fresh flower, bee wax, hazelnut butter and a subtle hint of nearly vervain. Good length. presence of a subtle hint of nearly saline in the background (brings sapidity and gourmandize).
