Domaine Mia – Les Caudroyes 2019 – Mercurey

The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a beautiful fresh / bright fruit. It reveals notes of fresh/bright cassis, juicy/fresh cherry and small notes of fresh violet associated with touches of small red berries, small fruits as well as a subtle hint of zan. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, suavity, a certain straightness, brightness, a good definition, an acidulous frame as well as a subtly tight grain. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/bright raspberry, juicy/ripe cassis and small notes of bright cherry associated with a touch of fleshy plum, slight hints of toasted almond, chocolate as well as a hint of flowers. Tannins are precise, elegant and fine. Sapidity / salinity on the finish / persistence.
