The palate is fruity and offers minerality, freshness, a nice definition, roundness, a nice racy minerality, an airy side, delicacy, a certain unctuousness as well as a tight grain. The wine express the notes of pulpy/fresh blackberry, pulpy/fresh raspberry and more lightly fresh/juicy red berries combined with hints of licorice, violet, cherry blossom/cherry pit, hints of cardamom, nutmeg as well as an imperceptible hint of cinnamon, blond tobacco and sweet spices. The tannins are racy and smooth. A wine with full of delicacy, freshness and roundness.
