On the nose it is spicy. It reveals the notes of blackberry, small red currants and more slightly clove associated with a touch of fresh leather, pepper and a subtle balsamic touch. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers minerality, juiciness, a certain freshness, a little straightness and a certain grain. On the palate are notes of cassis, wild blackberry and more lightly tonka bean combined with hints of small red currants, fine varietal hints and a discreet hint of balsamic. Good length. A subtle hint of cocoa on the finish/persistence.
