On the nose it is racy, it offers concentration, a fine tight berry. It reveals the notes of wild concentrated blackberry, crushed wild strawberry and more slightly morello cherry associated with touches of violet, small ripe red fruits as well as hints of pepper, licorice and toast. The palate is fruity, balanced, a little tight and offers a mineral frame, tension, a fine concentration as well as a racy grain (gravel/sand). On the palate expressing notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, cassis and more slightly crushed raspberry associated with hints of morello cherry, blueberry, licorice, toast, nutmeg, roast and very hint of chocolate (in the background). Good length.
