Domaines De Cambes 2020 – Côtes-de-Bourg 

On the nose, aromatic, offering depth, elegance, power, aromatic subtlety and complexity. Notes of cassis, ripe wild berries and slightly camphor associated with hints of violet, strawberry, crushed cherry, spices, coffee, saffron, toast and very fine hints of bergamot, pepper and vanilla. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, good definition, gourmandize, fine tension, controlled richness, contained power and a fine airy side in its richness. On the palate, expressing notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, small crushed red currants and fine toasted almond. The tannins are elegant and mellow.
