Château Lajarre – Eléonore 2020 – Bordeaux 

On the nose it is gourmand, fruity and it offers a nice definition, excellence in richness, a certain brightness of the fruit. It reveals the notes of boysenberry, bright blueberry and more slightly strawberry associated with touches of vanilla, licorice as well as hints of lily, cuben pepper and discreet chocolate. On the mouth it is fruity, discreetly tight and offers freshness, juiciness, a mineral/fresh frame, good definition, a certain gourmandize, a fine tension and a beautiful suavity. The wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, bright blueberry and more lightly bright redcurrant, hints of cherry, lilac, nutmeg, tonka beans and hint of toast. Good length.
