On the palate, it is fruity, nicely fresh and offers a racy minerality, tension, energy, a nice definition, a discreet tangy frame, gourmandize, a certain purity, a fine airy side in the balance, power and precision. The wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy apple, tangy / juicy peach and more slightly lemon associated with touches of fresh / tangy kumquat, fresh starfruit, juicy / fresh quenette as well as fresh minerality, with discreet hints of gravel salinity and zest. Good length. Chewy at the finish.
