On the nose, discreetly tight and offers a subtle concentration, a fine texture, and the freshness of the fruit. It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, wild strawberry and touches of violet associated with subtle hints of cherry, lilac, blueberry as well as wafts of saffron and nutmeg. On the palate it is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, good definition, a certain gourmandize, minerality and acidic structure. The wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy blackberry, raspberry and hints of fresh cherry associated with touches of fresh flowers and fine tips of saffron, black tea, with discreet wafts of fresh blond tobacco and a subtle hint of fresh nutmeg. Good length. The tannins are well developed.
