(no sulphur) On the nose, fruity and offers a little freshness, nice fruit as well as a certain gourmandize. It reveals notes of pulpy/fresh blackcurrant, bursting black cherry and more slightly fresh purple plum combined with a touch of violet, crushed strawberry as well as fine hints of licorice, discrete hints of toast and almond. On the palate, fruity, precise and offers juiciness, a very discreetly tight texture, minerality, good definition, a certain straightness, gourmandize and a nice fruit. The wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy raspberry, bright blackberry and more lightly cherry combined with hints of toasted almond, toast, a subtle hint of sweet spice and an imperceptible touch of vanilla.
