La Bienfaisance du Château Sanctus 2020, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

On the nose, fruity and offers an airy side as well as a ripe/acidic fruit. It reveals notes of black currant, black cherry and slightly raspberry combined with hints of violet and fine grey pepper. On the palate, fruity, mineral, balanced and offers freshness, good definition, juiciness as well as a certain minerality, tension a little tight. The wine expresses juicy/pulpy blackcurrant, raspberry and more lightly cherry notes combined with a touch of juicy blueberry, violet as well as fine mocha and a discreet hint of coffee (in the background). Good length. The tannins are well conducted.
