On the nose, fresh and offers a little concentration, some small density. It reveals notes of fleshy wild blackberry, crushed blackcurrant and more lightly fleshy/fresh strawberry combined with hints of fresh blue berries, lily, distinguished/chalky minerality as well as fine points of timut pepper, fresh nutmeg and a discreet hint of citrus/zest (in the background). On the palate, fruity, distinguished and offers good definition, minerality, juiciness, gourmandise, tension, sweetness and acidity. The wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh blackberry, pulpy/fresh raspberry and more lightly of black berries associated with touches of lily, violet associated with hints of chocolate, crushed almond and toast. |
