On the nose it offers a small concentration, power as well as a fine reduction. It reveals notes of wild berry, fleshy redcurrant and more slightly cherry associated with touches of spice as well as fine hints of spices, vanilla and a hint of toasted almond. On the palate it is fruity, balanced and offers minerality, some juiciness as well as a fine richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / fleshy raspberry, juicy / pulpy blackberry and more slightly of violet associated with touches of racy minerality salin as well as hints of tobacco, tonka bean and fine hints of liquorice. Good length. The tannins are racy and very discreetly tight.
