On the nose it is elegant, nicely defined and offers precision as well as the greediness of the fruit. It reveals the notes of pulpy strawberries, bright blackberries and more slightly bright black berries associated with touches of strawberries, violets, sweet spices as well as fine hints of pepper, with a discreet hint of stick of liquorice, with a subtle hint of vanilla and an imperceptible hint of coffee. On the palate it is gourmand, smoothness, finesse / balance, a nice tart frame as well as a nice juicy / pulpy / bright / fresh fruit, smoothness, a nice finesse of the texture, a nice finesse of the guideline, fullness and a little fat. This wine expresses notes of pulpy / bright blackcurrant, blackberry and more slightly violet associated with touches of bright purple plum as well as hints of cherry blossoms, chocolate, caramelization and toast.
