The nose is elegant, racy and offers power (full of delicacy), deepness, a fine grain. It reveals notes of pulpy wild cassis, pulpy/ripe raspberry and small notes of violet associated with touches of griotte cherry, cornflower as well as fine hints of vanilla pod, camphor and a very discreet hint of black tea. The palate is fruity, full of elegance, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, juiciness, elegant, a beautiful pulpy/juicy fruit, a fine fleshiness as well as precision and a stretchy side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy wild blackberry, small quite ripe black fruits, quite ripe raspberry and small notes of strawberry associated with small touches of violet, cherry flowers as well as hints of liquorice, tobacco, nutmeg, a discreet hint of camphor, black tea, a very discreet hint of Sichuan pepper and an imperceptible hint of underwood. Good length.
