The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers elegance as well as a small freshness and a small power. It reveals notes of pulpy cassis, pulpy strawberry, small notes of juicy/ripe blueberry associated with touches of wild strawberry, lily as well as hints of small red berries, zan, cuben pepper, tobacco and underwood. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers juiciness, an acidulous frame, a small gourmandize as well as a very fine creaminess and a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, juicy/creamy blackberry, small notes of violet associated with touches of small wild red berries as well as hints of fresh/ripe violet plum, tobacco, cocoa as well as fine hints of vanilla, underwood and truffle. Good length. Tannins are fine and very finely dry. A subtle hint of truffle, underwood and bitterness of the cocoa on the finish/persistence.
