It reveals notes of crushed plum, pulpy/juicy Boysen berry, small notes of cornflower associated with a touch of raspberry, nutmeg, lilac, fine hints of cardamom, spices and a discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, beautifully fresh and offers juiciness, a fine intensity, a fine concentraton as well as a fine fat and a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh raspberry, juicy/fresh violet plum, small notes of juicy cassis associated with small touches of Boysen berry, small crushed red berries as well as hints of fresh violet, rose, cardamom, a subtle hint of spices, toasted and a very discreet hint of toasted (in the background). A very discreet hint of crushed hazelnut and chocolate on the persistence.
