Alter Ego 2018 – Bordeaux Blanc

The nose is fresh, fruity, elegant and offers a fine richness, elegance as well as a beautiful intensity. It reveals notes of ripe pink grapefruit, ripe/juicy peach and small notes of pulpy/juicy apple associated with fine touches of lemon, a racy minerality as well as discreet hints of lemon flowers, a very discreet hint of papaya and almost buttered. The palate is beautifully fresh, juicy, mineral, elegant, beautifully defined and offers a fine acidulous frame, a beautiful definition, precision, a beautiful grain, a good definition of the fruit, a certain purity and gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/acidulous apple, juicy lemonand small notes of bright white nectarine associated with small touches of juicy/Fresh white raisin, white flowers as well as a very discreet hint of carambola, very fine mineral and almost buttered hints. Good length. An imperceptible hint of fresh hazelnut on the persistence. A beautiful white of gastronomy.
