It reveals notes of ripe cassis, ripe wild strawberry and small notes of violet associated with touches of juicy/fresh blackberry as well as hints of flowers, spices and a discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame/juiciness, a small suavity and a fine fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy red berriesand small notes of cherry associated with small touches of cassis as well as hints of violet, blackberry, a subtle hint of spices, a very discreet hint of chocolate (in the background). Good length. Tannins are well-built and very finely soft.
