The nose is fruity, mineral, racy and offers elegance. It reveals notes of bright cherry, violet, iris and small notes of blackberry associated with small touches of Cuben pepper, spices, racy minerality as well as very fine hints of laurel berries. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, suavity, generosity, a small unctuosity, fat, a certain deepness, gourmandize, a certain small richness as well as elegance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / fleshy cherry, fleshy Quetsche plum and small notes of fresh small blue fruits associated with touches of cherry blossoms, fresh cornflowers as well as fine hints of fresh blond tobacco, chocolate, toasted and a subtle hint of toasted hazelnut. Tannins are well-built. Good length. A beautiful, gourmand, juicy wine and offering bright fruit.
