The palate is mineral, fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful suavity, a certain finesse, elegance, roundness, harmony, silkiness, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cherry, fleshy / juicy raspberry and small notes of fleshy / juicy cassis associated with a touch of juicy / acidulous small blue fruits, cornflowers, lily, hints of tea, pepper, racy minerality as well as a very discreet hint of sweet blond tobacco and chocolate (in the background). Tannins are precise and well-built.
