The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a small deepness. It reveals notes of fresh blackberry, fleshy raspberry and small notes of pulpy small fruits associated with fine touches of small blue fruits, a subtle hint of liquorice, vanilla as well as a very discreet hint of fresh flowers and racy minerality. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy / an acidulous frame, a good definition, minerality, a fine crunchiness as well as energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy blackberry, pulpy / juicy cherry and small notes of juicy raspberry associated with a touch of fleshy small fruits, cornflowers as well as a hint of cherry blossoms, licorice stick and toasted / chocolated. Tannins are very discreetly sticky. Good length. Presence of a very discreet hint of vanilla on the persistence.
