The palate is fruity, elegant, gourmand and offers a beautiful definition, precision, a fine fat, a small concentration as well as a fine creaminess. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / fleshy red cherry, pulpy / fleshy raspberry and small notes of of acidulous purple plum associated with touches of small crushed red berries, fine hints of cornflowers, chocolate, toasted and a very discreet hint of tonka bean and vanilla. Presence of an imperceptible hint of liquorice (in the background). Beautiful persistence.
