It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, cassis and small notes of cornflowers associated with touches of blueberry, small pulpy red berries as well as hints of chocolate, Bourbon vanilla bean and a very discreet hint of gray pepper (in the background). The palate is fresh, fruity, well-well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandize, a small creaminess, freshness as well as fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of creamy cherry, acidulous / juicy red berries and small notes of of juicy plum associated with touches of cassis, iris, lily as well as fine hints of chocolate, vanilla, pink and an imperceptible hint of nutmeg (in the background). Tannins are well-built. Good length.
