It reveals notes of pulpy cassis, pulpy strawberry and small notes of pulpy blue fruits associated with touches of cornflower, rose as well as fine hints of lilac, liquorice, a discreet hint of camphor and Badiane. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a beautiful freshness, a fine grain as well as a good definition and gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cassis, bright violet plumand small notes of bigarreau cherry associated with touches of crushed redcurrant as well as hints of cornflower, violet, lilac, liquorice, a very fine hint of liquorice, crushed almond, Badiane and a subtle hint of coffee. Good length. Tannins are elegant.
