The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a fine freshness, a fine tension as well as minerality, a fine grain, a good balance and a certain finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh/juicy blackberry, raspberry and small notes of small juicy/fresh berries associated with touches of fresh violet, a racy minerality, a fresh/crunchy cassis as well as hints of tonka bean, tobacco, a subtle varietal hint and an imperceptible hint of almond. Good length.
