It reveals notes of blue plum, wild strawberry and small notes wild raspberry associated with touches of lily, iris, racy minerality, Cuben pepper as well as fine hints of sweet blond tobacco, toasted and a very discreet hint of bergamot. The palate is mineral, racy and offers energy, a certain tension, dynamism, a fine acidulous frame as well as a small flowery / fresh flower side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh wild blackberry, crunchy / fresh blue plum and small notes iris associated with touches of rose, lilac, racy minerality as well as small hints of clove, bergamot and an imperceptible hint of local grove (sense of place). Tannins are slightly firm. Presence of discreet toasted / chocolatey hints on the persistence.
