The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers freshness, roundness, a small fat, a fine creaminess, gourmandize, a fine acidulous frame, a beautiful matter, a small flowery side (which brings «peps») as well as a slight fleshinessIn the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy strawberry, pulpy / acidulous raspberry and small notes of pulpy / acidulous plum associated with touches of lilac, violet, a small varietal touch as well as hints of zan, sweet spices as well as a discreet hint of fresh almond and flowers. Good length.
