It reveals notes of strawberry, pulpy cherry and small notes of fresh purple plum associated with touches of violet, cassis as well as fine hints of nutmeg and Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, gourmandize, a certain tension, roundness, a beautiful fruit, a beautiful finesse of the grain, an aerial side as well as a certain deepness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy strawberry, fleshy / acidulous raspberry and small notes of acidulous plum associated with touches of violet, cherry blossoms, sour cherry, licorice, chocolate as well as fine hints of vanilla and a subtle hint of fresh hazelnut. Good length.
