The palate is fresh, fruity and offers minerality, a good definition, gourmandize, a certain tension as well as a small floral side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / pulpy blackberry, juicy wild red berries and small notes of lilac, rose associated with touches of crunchy raspberry, fresh cassis as well as hints of cloves, cardamom, chocolate and a subtle toasted hint.
