The nose is fruity, racy and offers a fine minerality, a small power, intensity as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of cassis, wild strawberry and small notes of pulpy / fleshy red berries associated with small touches of fresh lily, raspberry leaf as well as hints of nutmeg, racy minerality, Timut pepper, lilac and a subtle hint of fresh blond tobacco. The palate is beautifully fresh, mineral, well defined, racy, all in balance and offers a beautiful elegance, deepness, dynamism, a fine straightness, a beautiful finesse of the grain, gourmandize as well as a small acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy raspberry, pulpy strawberry and small notes of juicy / fresh blackberry associated with a touch of fleshy blue plum, lily, cornflowers, chocolate as well as a subtle hint of liquorice, almond, sweet blond tobacco, star anise and vanilla. A very fine chew on the finish / persistence.
