The nose is aromatic and offers a small richness, a fine concentration, a nice grain, freshness as well as precision. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy raspberry and small notes of violet associated with touches of pulpy / fresh small fruits, cornflowers, sweet spices as well as a discreet hint of star anise, vanilla and hazelnut. The palate is fresh, mineral, fruity, well-balanced and offers a certain tension, precision, a small fat, a fine creaminess, a beautiful fruit as well as energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / fleshy blackberry, creamy raspberry and small notes of juicy cassis associated with a touch of fresh / fleshy plum, violet, lily as well as hints of cardamom, tonka bean, star anise and a subtle hint of roasted / crushed hazelnut. Tannins are slightly mellow. Presence of a subtle hint of cornflowers and chocolate on the persistence. A fine chew on the finish / persistence.
