Domaine des As 2017 – Bourgogne

The nose is fruity and offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of ripe cherry, ripe Boysen blackberry and small notes of fleshy strawberry associated with touches of cornflowers, cardamom as well as fine hints of cloves and a very discreet hint of spices. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a small fat, a certain gourmandize, an acidulous frame, energy, a fine roundness as well as a fine straightness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy / fleshy cherry, fleshy blackberry and small notes of crunchy / acidulous strawberry associated with touches of rose, violet as well as hints of zan, a subtle hint of juicy blue berries and a very discreet hint of cardamom. Presence of a discreet almost saline hint on the finish / persistence.
