The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a small fat, a certain gourmandize, an acidulous frame, energy, a fine roundness as well as a fine straightness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy / fleshy cherry, fleshy blackberry and small notes of crunchy / acidulous strawberry associated with touches of rose, violet as well as hints of zan, a subtle hint of juicy blue berries and a very discreet hint of cardamom. Presence of a discreet almost saline hint on the finish / persistence.
