Domaine des Chenevières – La Tour 2017 – Bourgogne

The nose is fruity and offers a certain gourmandize, a small floral side as well as a very fine intensity. It reveals notes of fleshy blue plum, peony and small notes of blackberry associated with small touches of ripe small wild red fruits, violets, discreet hints of tobacco as well as a subtle hint of laurel berries and star anise. The palate is fruity and offers gourmandize, minerality, a nice dynamism, a beautiful acidulous frame, a certain generosity, a nice finesse of the grain, a beautiful silky / fresh touch as well as a good volume. On the palate this wine expresses notes of acidulous / pulpy purple plum, acidulous / pulpy small blue fruits and small notes of juicy / acidulous strawberry associated with small touches of juicy / acidulous cassis, cornflowers, lilac, zan, fresh blond tobacco as well as very discreet hints of sweet spices. Presence of very discreet hints of cocoa on the persistence.
