The nose is fruity and offers a small minerality. It reveals notes of candied lemon, candied kumquat and small notes of apple in syrup associated with small touches of lychee in syrup as well as discreet hints of honey and very discreet hints of gingerbread. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a good definition, suavity, a small syrupy side as well as minerality. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon, dry yellow grapes and small notes of candied mandarin associated with touches of pineapple in syrup, small hints of apple in syrup, apple blossoms, honey and a subtle hint of almond. Good length and good persistence. A very discreet crunchiness on the persistence.
