The nose is fresh, elegant and offers delicacy as well as finesse. It reveals notes of yellow apple, apricot, small notes of quince associated with small touches of small crunchy white fruits, Mirabelle, fine hints of small yellow flowers, a discreet hint of physalis as well as an imperceptible hint of nutmeg, almond and bee wax. The palate is fruity, elegant, delicate and offers minerality, a fine fullness/fat, finesse as well as an aerial side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, apricot, small notes of crushed Mirabelle associated with touches of green apple, caviar lemon/citrus, a touch of physalis as well as delicate varietal hints/sage and bee wax. Good length. A beautiful wine full of delicacy !
