The nose is fresh, fruity and offers a small unctuosity, a beautiful finesse, delicacy as well as precision. It reveals notes of pulpy William pear, crushed brugnon, small notes of lychee associated with touches of pear flowers, apricot as well as very fine hints of passion fruits, crushed Mirabelle as well as hints of almond, hazelnut butter and a very discreet hint of almost candied orange zests. The palate is fruity and offers gourmandize, a small fullness, suavity, fat, richness (justly controlled), a certain tension, a small vivacity as well as a racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed Mirabelle, ripe quince, small notes of physalis associated with touches of crushed nectarine, lemon as well as fine hints of passion fruits, almond flowers, lemon flowers and a subtle hint of buttery brioche. Good length. A beautiful suavity and gourmandize in the finish.
