The nose is elegant, racy and offers delicacy as well as a certain power (full of control). It reveals notes of juicy apricot, physalis, small notes of fresh citrus (lemon, orange) associated with touches of fresh quince as well as hints of white plum, a racy minerality, a subtle hint of zan and an imperceptible hint of white pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, fat, gourmandize, fullness, a certain small unctuosity, delicacy, concentration (full of control), a crystalized side, finesse, a stretchy/ lengthened side, tension as well as a good finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/pulpy apricot, pulpy quince, small notes of crushed physalis associated with touches of pulpy yellow peach, juicy/ripe kumquat as well as fine hints of bee wax, almond, fresh sage and a very discreet hint of butter.
