The palate is mineral, fresh, racy and offers juiciness, precision, energy, a small suavity, gourmandize, a good definition, a small straightness as well as a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, juicy red berries, small notes of laurel berries associated with touches of cherry, hints of cardamom, chocolate, toasted/caramelization as well as fine hints of cardamom, chocolate, toasted/caramelization as well as fine hints of pepper and garrigue/sense of the place.
