The nose is fruity, elegant, gourmand and offers a beautiful definition as well as a small concentration. It reveals notes of bigarreau cherry, crushed redcurrants, small notes of blackberry associated with touches of violet, timut pepper, cherry blossom, small hints of crushed violet plum, zan as well as discreet hints of rosemary and pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers minerality, juiciness, a small freshness, a small tension, a fine concentration as well as a certain deepness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/fresh cassis, crushed blackberry, small notes of small crushed red berries associated with touches of bright bigarreau cherry, cherry blossom, hints of racy minerality/almost saline, fine hints of fresh rosemary, sweet spices as well as fine hints of toasted and vanilla. Tannins are well-built, elegant, melted. There are very discreet hints of chocolate in the persistence.
