The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers a good definition as well as beautiful fruit (purity of the fruit). It reveals notes of wild strawberries, ripe blue berries and small notes of sour cherry associated with small touches of dried cassis, licorice, cherry blossoms, hints of cornflower, stick of fresh licorice as well as discreet hints of olive, nutmeg, toasted / sweet spices and a very discreet hint of vanilla bean. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, a small freshness, juiciness, a certain tension, a beautiful definition, a good volume, fat, gourmandize, deepness as well as aromatic purity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright blue berries, wild strawberry and small notes of crushed raspberry, sour cherry associated with touches of cornflowers, licorice stick, sweet spices, nutmeg, fine hints of black olive, chocolate as well as a very discreet hint of garrigue and vanilla.
