The nose offers concentration, power and precision. The wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of sour cherry, bright black berries and small notes of Bigarreau cherry associated with a touch of cassis, ripe black olive as well as hints of olive leaf, laurel and a discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, an acidulous frame, a certain purity of the fruit, structure, tension, a good definition, a small unctuosity as well as concentration. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of wild blueberry, dried cassis and small notes of small black berries associated with touches of Bigarreau cherry, lily, rosemary flowers as well as very fine vanilla hints.
