It reveals notes of bright blackberry, jammy raspberry and small notes of jammy purple plum associated with hints of creamy blueberry as well as hints of flowers and fine milky hints. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers creaminess, roundness, a certain gourmandize as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, raspberry jam, pulpy / crushed plum and small notes of creamy blueberry associated with touches of cornflowers, licorice, nutmeg as well as milky hints and very fine hints of vanilla. A quite present milky / fermentation side. The fruit is there.
