The nose is fruity and offers a small power, intensity as well as a small oxidative side. It reveals notes of quince, apricot and small notes of yellow apple associated with fine touches of lime blossom, kumquat as well as fine hints of hazelnut, sweet spices as well as a discreet hint of sage and toasted / walnuts. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced, all in roundness and offers a good definition, a small spherical side, a fine acidulous frame, elegance, gourmandize as well as richness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of quince, crushed yellow apple and small notes of plum associated with touches of lime blossom, verbena, small white flowers, hints of hazelnut, honey as well as a discreet hint of sage and iodine. Good length. Presence of a very fine hint of good bitterness on the persistence.
