The nose is aromatic and offers precision, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as a good definition. It reveals notes of crushed green apple, quenette and small notes of ripe lime associated with a touch of yuzu, peach blossoms as well as fine mineral hints, fresh exotic fruits and discreet almost salty hints. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a small tension, a racy minerality, precision as well as a fine incisive side. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of ripe lime, pulpy / juicy peach and small notes of acidulous green apple associated with touches of lemon caviar, kumqua, hints of racy minerality as well as a subtle hint of olive tree leaf and salinity. Good length.
