The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a small tension / straightness, a small freshness, a good definition, richness, concentration as well as a fine power. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of crushed green apple, quenette and small notes of crunchy green peach associated with touches of quenette, passion fruit, fine hints of zest (orange, kumquat) as well as hints of toasted hazelnut, a subtle varietal hint and discreet toasted hints / vanilla.
