Domaine Clavel – Cascaille 2019 – Coteaux du Languedoc

The nose is fresh, fruity and offers a certain small intensity. The wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of mesocarp, crunchy nectarine and small notes of ripe apple associated with small touches of citrus fruits as well as slight hints of mandarin flowers and exotic fruits. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, suavity, a fine grain as well as a certain gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of mesocarp, juicy / fresh peach and small notes of crushed apple associated with touches of mandarin, hints of juicy / pulpy small yellow fruits as well as very discreet varietal hints. Presence of a very discreet hint of hazelnut on the finish / persistence.
