The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, suavity, a fine grain as well as a certain gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of mesocarp, juicy / fresh peach and small notes of crushed apple associated with touches of mandarin, hints of juicy / pulpy small yellow fruits as well as very discreet varietal hints. Presence of a very discreet hint of hazelnut on the finish / persistence.
