Puech-Haut – Prestige 2019 – Languedoc

The nose offers elegance, complexity, a certain richness (precisely managed), precision as well as a good finesse of the definition. It reveals notes of green apple, sage and small notes of verbena associated with touches of peach blossoms, lemon blossoms as well as slight hints of fresh garrigue. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers juiciness, roundness, a beautiful finesse of the grain, precision, a certain aromatic purity as well as a small aerial side in the approach of the structure / balance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy lemon, fleshy / juicy green apple and small notes of zest associated with a touch of ripe seed, sage, fresh garigue, slight hints of pine sap, flowers (lemon blossom, rose) and rosemary flowers. Good aromatic persistence with floral hints.
